Time in which I caked 111 to seeing a GP was quick. Staff were kind and understanding.
I have since spoken to my GP and having ongoing care

Amazing service!!! I was expecting a nightmare as it was the bank holiday but instead we were seen quickly and everything was wonderful! Got worried that we wouldn't be able to find a pharmacy to fill the prescription but the Dr even gave us the prescription so no issues at all! Thanks.

Staffing levels very poor sometimes. So not able to walk to toilet as need 2 people always when needed.
